Description: Big Bags

We offer Big Bags, flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC), which are made of premium-grade polypropylene with anti-UV treatment that provide a high level of safety usage as well as easy filling and discharging facilities. It is equipped with 4 belts at the corners for greater safety during lifting.

A four-loop big bag is a container that is in demand in all industries. The manufacturing process of this big bag is universal, i.e. this flexible container can be made with many different characteristics, it can be made different in shape, volume, load capacity, add an assembly, hatch or lid to the package, sew on additional straps, make them different in height, etc. Thus, this big bag can be fully adapted to the needs of our company's client.

The loops of this container are a thick polypropylene tape, usually 5-6 cm wide, sewn into the side walls of the container. The breaking load of each loop is approximately equal to 2 tons, the height of the big bag loop is 25 cm, if necessary, it can be made longer or shorter.

The big bag offered by us is equipped with a top hatch with a special rope sewn on, called a tie, which serves to tie this valve. The top hatch primarily serves for ease of loading with the help of special filling equipment.

Fabric for big bags is made from polypropylene thread by shuttle method on a circular loom. The raw materials for the manufacture of threads are primary polypropylene granules produced at the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan).

Depending on the purpose, the fabric for big bags can be of different density. The load capacity of the big bag primarily depends on the density of the fabric. The higher the density of the fabric, the higher the load capacity of the soft container. In the manufacture of a four-line big bag, we use fabric with a density of 130 g/m2.

The safety factor of our four-lane big bag is classified as 5:1. The safety factor means that this big bag must withstand a weight of five times its carrying capacity during testing.

The safety factor corresponds to the margin of safety of the container. Thus, according to the margin of safety of a big bag, it is possible to determine the turnover of the container:

  • 5:1 (MKR - single soft container)
  • Single use

After production, all big bags are baled under pressure, packed in a polypropylene shell. Big bags are baled in packs of 250 pieces.
