As the main raw material in the production of bags, polypropylene under the brands TPPD30S and TPPD382BF, produced at the plants of the State Concern "Turkmengas", is used.

Types of polypropylene bags
The company's plant in Turkmenistan produces the following types of polypropylene bags:
- For the production of polypropylene bags for injuries and transportation of bulk products (flour, sugar, salt, food products), only primary polypropylene is used in accordance with all the requirements of GOST. After production, such bags are certified by the local standardization body as "Food polypropylene bags".
- For the production of polypropylene bags intended for the transportation and storage of non-food bulk substances (agricultural feed, fertilizers, chemicals), use blended polypropylene. It is made from a mixture of virgin polypropylene and recycled materials. Bags made of such material are certified by the local standardization body as "Technical polypropylene bags".
Stages and features of the production of polypropylene bags
The operational properties of bags directly depend on the manufacturing technology and the equipment used. The production of bags at our plant is carried out in several stages:
- Formation of the composition of the bags. Polypropylene is mixed with various types of modifiers to obtain the desired characteristics of elasticity, strength and rigidity.
- Heat treatment. The raw material is fed into the extruder, where it passes along the screws at a temperature of 260 degrees, to obtain a homogeneous mass.
- Shaping. The polypropylene melt leaves the extruder in the form of a film of a certain thickness, from which flat threads are cut.
- Weaving. The threads are threaded on special circular looms, which are made from threads of a sleeve of a given width.
- Sewing. Polypropylene sleeves are cut and sewn according to the specified parameters (length, width).
- Marking. In accordance with the requirements of the customer, a logo or other necessary information is applied to the bags.
