Polypropylene rolls are made in several stages:

• Preparation of raw materials: Polypropylene granules are mixed with secondary raw materials, modifiers and dyes. Calcium carbonate is used to obtain white color. Next, the mixture is heated to +260 ℃ in the extruder.
• Formation of threads: The heated mixture is passed through special nozzles to obtain a thin film. After cooling, the webs are cut into threads. Then they are hardened, and after stretching they are wound on bobbins.
• Production of polypropylene fabric. Using circular looms, fabrics of a given density and width are made.

Only primary raw materials are used for the manufacture of hoses intended for packaging food products. In the production of material for technical substances or waste, a mixture of primary polypropylene with the addition of secondary raw materials or only recycled materials is used. The width of the webs is 500–1500 mm with a density of 0.55 to 1.0 g/cm2.
