Description: Liner Bags

We offer (Container) Liner Bags which are made of premium-grade polypropylene with anti-UV treatment that provide a high level of safety usage as well as easy filling and discharging facilities. It provides a second layer between the goods and the container wall to prevent potential pollution or contamination of your granule freight and protects product from moisture, contamination, and ensure safe and hygienic transportation. It is often used in train vagon transportations of cocoa, coffee or other grainy food products, chemical raw material or similar grained or granule materials.

Liner bag is a synthetic coating sewn in the form of a box according to the configuration of an open wagon, which provides waterproofing of the cargo. To fix the side and end caps, special loops and ties are provided to secure them in the closed position after filling. The liner bag is used for bulk and packaged bulk products at operating temperatures from -60 to +60 °C.

The liner bag is made in various combinations of polypropylene fabric in accordance with the dimensions of the vehicle (gondola car) and the functional purpose of the liner bag.

Installation and use of the Liner Bag

The liner bag is evenly distributed along the length and width of the gondola car bottom by unfolding. Further, the left and right covers are thrown over the edges of the gondola car with their fastening to any structural parts of the gondola car with a band.

Loading is carried out evenly along the entire length of the gondola car to full capacity, with mandatory leveling after loading is completed.

The end caps of the Liner Bag are evenly placed on the load. The lids are fastened with a tape threaded through the loops sewn along the edge of the end caps with maximum tension and tied with several knots.

The side cover is evenly laid on the end caps and secured by tying it with a tape sewn on the inside of the insert to the loops sewn along the edge of the cover. Each tape is tied to the corresponding loop with maximum tension.
